This is the registration page for the Oxford 2023 Workshop which includes playing in professionally coached ensembles from August 28th to September 1st, with registration on Sunday, August 27th. Official end of the workshop and departure is after breakfast on Saturday September 2nd.

Confirmation of your registration will be sent via email following your registration submission: this only acknowledges receipt of your registration. Please wait until we email you formal workshop acceptance to make travel arrangements - it may take up to 5 business days for us to respond with an acceptance and provide separate instructions on how to pay your deposit and balance. You should select this “ticket” as a registrant who will participate in the workshop. The fee covers coaching, music rental, rehearsal room rental, workshop snacks/tea/coffee and other administrative costs. NOTE: If two or more people are registering for the workshop together, complete the first person's registration first; then, at the bottom of the form, click Add Registration to register the second/subsequent person(s). NOTE: If you will be sharing a twin room, only one person's registration should select the desired twin room option. Be sure to click the Workshop Participant button with each person's registration. NOTE: Guests are welcome, do not pay the registrant fee, and do not need a separate registration - simply add their meal/room selections to your own registration. But do provide their name and enter their dietary preferences where indicated.
This workshop is for players who can commit to practicing the music ahead of the workshop. We ask all new applicants to assess themselves carefully and honestly per the ACMP Guide to Playing Levels so that we can select participants and assign parts appropriately, ensuring maximum enjoyment for all. We accept Intermediate to Professional level players. If you’ve been to one of our workshops before but have improved since then, feel free to take the test again! If you haven’t been before, you may wish to send us a recording and/or a reference from a teacher to assist us in placement, though this is not an absolute requirement.

Please feel free to let us know groupings that you prefer (choose all that apply; this info is helpful to us when assigning groups and will be used when possible, but group formation is dependent on registrations)
Lodging at the workshop is available in four flavours: single room (shared bath), single room with en suite bath, twin (double) room (shared bath) and twin (double) room with en suite bath. If you desire lodging, please make the appropriate package selection, which includes the six nights from Sunday 27 Aug., with checkout Saturday 2 Sept. If you would like extra nights of accommodation, these are available. Please understand that room selection for additional nights will be based on availability and may require you to take a different room type for the extra days requested; if so, your total will be adjusted appropriately. Breakfasts are included with any room selection.
Most participants will want the Meal Package, including all available lunches (5) and dinners (6). If you prefer, you may choose the lunch package or the dinner package. Or click "add" for the desired number of lunches or dinners individually - up to 5 lunches and/or 6 dinners per person. The final dinner is a bit more expensive, as it is an upgraded celebratory dinner for the last night of the workshop. If you are bringing a guest (your guest is most welcome!), you will need to select meals for him or her, too. [Breakfast is included with your room if staying onsite.]
